AFTER YOU ORDER
All orders are processed in the Greater New York City area and hand fulfilled. Currently all items are made to order, and for pre order. Due to this nature please allow 2 weeks after November 1st for delivery.
Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number to the email you provided on the order.
If you have questions or concerns about your package and delivery please send an email to email@example.com with your name and order number. We will do our best to resolve.
We are NOT able to ship orders to P.O. boxes due to our delivery services refusing them. We are unable to fulfill orders to P.O. boxes under any circumstances.
All items are hand made with no stock being kept currently. We can rush your order for additional charge. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with subject "HURRY" to discuss. We ship flat rate shipping through the USPS for the US and Canada.
Orders to other countries may encounter additional taxations and import taxes. The receiver will be responsible for such charges. If the package is refused by receiver, the customer will still be responsible for payment of shipping and product. It is not the responsibility of RUN & FOLLOW to notify the customer of the package being held in customs or any other procedure once it is shipped. Tracking number will be provided for customer via email to handle international shipping.
