We offer returns for either store credit or an exchange for a different size or color. We accept and refund full purchase on a per case basis. If you would like to apply for a return or exchange an item purchased on www.runandfollowshop.com, please send us a request for a return authorization within 7 days of delivery date. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval.
- Items must be returned in new & unused condition, tags must be in tact.
- We cannot refund or accept returns on clothing that have been worn or used for promotional purposes.
- Returns must be returned with any bag or cloth carrier included in your order if this applies. Returns must include stickers, free gifts, and promotional material sent in the original package. (This excludes tissue paper. Please recycle tissue paper, we do not need that back to accept a return.)
- Customer is responsible for shipping return costs. Return shipping label cost will be deducted from store credit or refund. Original shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund. A $10 restock fee will also be deducted from your refund.
Run & Follow reserves the right to refuse any returns that are deemed non-returnable. Run & Follow reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns. Do not send items back unless you have received written authorization and an emailed shipping label from an official email of Run & Follow.
Run & Follow is a small company, all stock is ordered in small amounts therefore refunded returns are generally not accepted unless there is just cause. We are always willing to do a return for STORE CREDIT. Please read our sizing, color, and all listing details carefully and thoroughly prior to purchase. We are always available to answer fit color and other questions via email, Instagram Direct Message or Facebook Messenger within 24 hours of purchase or prior to purchase to ensure your satisfaction with the order.
We gladly provide store credit for returns. Simply use your unique gift certificate code for payment at checkout on your next order with us! Store credit does not expire.
We will accommodate exchanges for items purchased on www.runandfollowshop.com the same style in a different size or color. We will accommodate exchanges for different styles of only exact or lesser values of the original purchase. For example, you cannot exchange your item for a style that is of greater value then your original purchase. If you are interested in an item of greater value we will process your item as a return and provide you with store credit and you can place a new online order separately and apply store credit to the new purchase. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. Exchanged items are shipped free of charge on both domestic and international orders (orders being shipped to customers). A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed. We will not exchange or accept return on an exchanged item(s)
Once the exchange item is received to our studio, we will send out your new item(s) as soon as possible while notifying you with new tracking. This process can take 7 business days. Run & Follow covers exchange shipping free of charge on domestic orders only on packages being sent back to the Run & Follow studio.
We do not provide shipping labels for international returns or exchanges returning back to Run & Follow. International customers interested in a return for a refund or exchange must cover return shipping costs. Run & Follow is not responsible for lost and/or stolen return packages. RETURNED TO SENDER / REFUSED PACKAGES
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by USPS will be returned to our studio. We will contact the customer via email and/or phone a total of three times before cancelling the order. Customers who still want to receive the package must pay for a new shipping label and correct any information which led to rejection of the package.
REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGES
We offer returns for a refund in the original form of payment or an exchange for a different size or color. To return an item please follow the steps below to create a return authorization.
1. Please email us at email@example.com with the Subject Bar RETURN REQUEST or EXCHANGE REQUEST, depending on which applies to your case. Please include a phone number we may contact you at.
2. Please include your order #, the name the order was placed under, and the email associated with your order in the email.
3. If multiple items were ordered please specify which items the email is about.
4. Please write 1-3 lines in regards to the reason for your RETURN or EXCHANGE.
5. Allow 48 hours for us to respond and work towards resolution. You will be contacted with a pre-paid shipping label and/or response with the next steps in the process.
6. We will process your return once it is received and evaluated at our fulfillment center. If applicable, your refund will be completed minus charges listed within 7 business days of reception of the return.
